Artista de muitas sonoridades, Elizabeth Woolley, de ascendência inglesa e alemã, bebe na fonte das notas musicais, desde a sua infância, ao ouvir as notas graves do contrabaixo de seu pai, Pete Woolley.

Sua casa era freqüentada por muitos artistas e familiares. Seu pai sempre convidava Elizabeth para cantar standards de jazz e bossa nova durante as audições para os amigos. Aos 14 anos deu os primeiros passos pela música erudita através dos estudos da flauta transversal com João Carlos Carrasqueira, mas já fazia do instrumento uma voz e apresentava em diversos corais paulistanos.
O caminho de Elizabeth Woolley estava pautado não apenas pelo erudito! Ao acompanhar Pete, alimentou-se de jazz, música instrumental brasileira, bossa nova, fazendo brotar sua sonoridade através da música popular, que podia compartilhar com muitos ouvidos e, dividir com muitas pessoas.
Aprimorou a voz com professoras do naipe de Anita Dexler, Sira Milani, Jane Duboc. Exercitou a musicalidade nos palcos da noite - como o Bar Brahma, por exemplo - em parcerias com Jarbas Barbosa, Djalma Lima, o sempre presente Mané Silveira, e seu pai Peter Woolley.
Ao lançar seu primeiro CD, "Guzzi", em 2004, com composições da cantora e de seu pai, Pete Woolley e dos importantes compositores - Tom Jobim, Dori Caymmi e Cole Porter. O trabalho teve a participação dos músicos: Tiago Costa (piano), Sílvio Mazzuca Jr (baixo vertical), Ricardo Matsuda (violão), Sérgio Reze (bateria e gongos) e Mané Silveira ( saxofones e flautas e direção musical).
Durante o show do lançamento, o Teatro do SESC Pompeia encontrava-se lotado. "Guzzi" é um trabalho com uma ótima aceitação do público. O repertório foi apresentado durante a Feira Literária Internacional de Paraty (FLIP), Festival de Inverno de Campos de Jordão, unidades da rede SESC e outros espaços culturais.

Artist of many sounds, Elizabeth Woolley, of English and German descent, has been drinking at the source of musical notes since her childhood, listening to the bass notes of her father's bass, Pete Woolley.

His home was frequented by many artists and family. Her father always invited Elizabeth to sing jazz and bossa nova standards during auditions for friends. At the age of 14, he took his first steps towards classical music through studies of the transverse flute with João Carlos Carrasqueira, but he already made the instrument a voice and performed in several choirs in São Paulo.

Elizabeth Woolley's path was guided not only by the scholar! When accompanying Pete, he fed on jazz, Brazilian instrumental music, bossa nova, making his sonority come through popular music, which he could share with many ears and share with many people.

He improved his voice with teachers of the suit of Anita Dexler, Sira Milani, Jane Duboc. He exercised his musicality on the stage of the night - such as Bar Brahma, for example - in partnerships with Jarbas Barbosa, Djalma Lima, the ever present Mané Silveira, and his father Peter Woolley.

When launching his first CD, "Guzzi", in 2004, with compositions by the singer and her father, Pete Woolley and the important composers - Tom Jobim, Dori Caymmi and Cole Porter. Em 2005, Elizabeth conhece o poeta Atair Santos e iniciou-se a musicalização de suas poesias. Quatro anos depois, inicia-se os trabalhos para a gravação de "Infindável" seu segundo CD, apenas com composições da cantora e de Santos, lançado em maio de 2010, com a participação de Sérgio Carvalho (contrabaixo), Márcio Arantes (contrabaixo), Webster Santos (violão e guitarra), Pedro Simão (violão e direção musical), Tiago Costa (piano e direção musical), Guilherme Ribeiro (piano e teclado), Walmir Gil (trompete), Cuca Teixeira (bateria), Crysthian Galante (percussão), Lino Simão (saxofones) e as participações de João Signorelli, Renata Miranda, DJ Rick Dub e Tina Wolley.
As músicas de "Infindável" são tocadas nas rádios de várias praças do Brasil e teve uma excelente aceitação da critica musical brasileira. Lançado em 2010, na casa de shows Tom Jazz, em São Paulo, a cantora apresentou o repertório de seu segundo trabalho nas cidades do Estado de Santa Catarina: Lages e Criciuma; Botucatu, no Estado de São Paulo ; e Paraty, no interior fluminense.

Simultaneamente ao Infindável, Elizabeth trabalhava na produção de "Urubububu", um musical infantil, com composições da própria cantora com história narrada para o público infantil. Lançado em 2010 tem a produção da cantora em conjunto com Mané Silveira e Tiago Costa e conta com a participação de importantes atores, cantores e gente muito talentosa do universo musical. A inquieta artista está em busca de conquistar novos horizontes e o próximo passo será levar o musical as escolas.
"Urubububu" é um projeto a longo prazo. Logo, já vem sendo desenhado pela cantora e pelos seus gestores para conquistar novas fronteiras.
"A história foca no assunto da tolerância com diferenças, passando pos sustentabilidade, educação ecológica e solidariedade. A fábula moderna educa e diverte. Simultaneously with Infindável, Elizabeth worked on the production of "Urubububu", a children's musical, with compositions by the singer herself with a narrated story for children. The restless artist is looking to conquer new horizons and the next step will be to take the musical to schools.
